Three weeks before the start of the university term, we were referred by a London agent to assist in finding suitable rental accommodation for a Kuwaiti student. With a tough rental market and the client being new to Bristol, within two days we were able to secure a tenancy in a sought-after modern apartment development which the client had ear marked but had been unable to get any response from the managing agent.
As a student new to the city, we’ve also had great fun supporting him and his family with insight into where best to eat, as well as introductions to dentists and banks. We now look forward to working with our client to purchase a Clifton period property.
