Oliver Roth is an independent Bristol Buying Agent specialising in the search and acquisition of prime residential property in and around the city of Bristol.
Oliver Roth was born out of a passion to provide expert property services to buyers and founded by Rupert Oliver in August 2022. With nearly every seller represented in the sale of their home by an agent, we felt strongly that buyers deserve the same level of care and professional advice for their purchase, as well as the ability to search for, and ultimately acquire, property both on and off the open market.
Since 2017 Rupert has been advising private clients on the search and acquisition of their new home via the company’s sales arm, Rupert Oliver Property Agents.
Post-pandemic, this service was extended to the wider buying public and as the business and opportunities it presented to buyers grew, the need for a separate “Private Office”, independent of the sales arm, emerged – Oliver Roth Property Consultants was formed.
Headed by Lili Oliver since 2023 the business now gives buyers professional advice on the search and acquisition of their home from initial consultation through to legal Completion. Before property Lili spent 20 years as a lawyer giving her daily exposure to high value negotiations as well as expert people skills and a forensic attention to detail. Working with Rupert during the formation of the business, Lili knows Bristol and the local property market inside out, as well as networking closely with many of the city’s leading agents.
