Early in 2023 our sales arm, Rupert Oliver Property Agents, was approached to market a fabulous semi-rural farmhouse 8 miles west of Bristol, for a lovely family looking to move “closer in” to the BS8 where they hoped to buy a sizeable Clifton townhouse.
Having successfully found a buyer for the farmhouse, the search was then on for the perfect family home. With stock levels at near record lows (and the type of house they were hunting for like hen’s teeth too) we were delighted to be instructed to find and secure our client’s their new home.
We sourced and viewed several off-market opportunities over a number of weeks without any being “the one”. Shortly after, we identified a stunning detached house, available off-market via a local agent.
An off-market viewing was arranged, and a sale price agreed. Our client was the only party to view the property.
